My presentation at the Social Media in Law Enforcement (SMILE) conference in Vancouver on March 27, 2012.

I had the great opportunity to present on social media in emergency management to the people attending the SMILE Conference in Vancouver. Most in the audience were police officers with a keen interest in emergency management. I hope i made an impression (and the comments on Twitter would seem to indicate that I did ...) ...
