Forums enable PTSC-Online members to participate in discussion on a variety of issues. Within this section there are three levels. The highest level is "categories" where we currently have three (Emergency Management, PTSC-Online and PTSC-Online Projects) general categories for discussion. Te second level "forums" are added under the categories and "topics" which members can comment on and reply to are added under the forums. 

As most of PTSC-Online can be viewed by the public, caution should be exercised when adding or responding to blog articles or discussion forums, so as not to post items which might increase security risks. If needed, a private blog or discussion forum with restricted access can be set up to facilitate discussion.
