Your Challenge:
The Chief Business Continuity Management Service is accountable for: leading the creation, implementation and renewal of the 
corporate Business Continuity Management Program (BCMP) plans; for leading appropriate consultation, acceptance and training;
for ensuring the alignment of plans with those of external agencies; for monitoring adherence to those plans; and for providing 
expertise, oversight and assistance to decision making in the time of crisis in order to ensure the House of Commons maintains 
critical business functions during times of disruption or crisis and continuing that support until the situation returns to normal.
