I recently asked a couple of folks to look at PTSC-Online to provide me with suggestions to improve it. The first person was Michelle Schertzer a recent college graduate who started her own company Social Me which helps small businesses and non profit organizations use social media. The second was a recent PTSC-Online member Nils Fabian who came to Canada from Germany. Nils has an emergency management background combined with strong security and IT skills.  Each of these folks looked at PTSC-Online from a different perspective and they both provided excellent suggestions.
