• PTSC-Online is managed for CAFC by MacKay Emergency Management Consulting Inc. (memci) in a manner which supports the PTSC-Online vision, mission and CAFC's goals for sponsoring PTSC-Online and in accordance with accountability and financial guidelines established with CAFC.
   
• PTSC-Online operation is  supported by  a  steering committee, chaired by Christel Ivanyshyn.  The role of the steering committee is to help PTSC-Online achieve its vision and mission by providing input to its design and operation and providing liaison with organizations that can benefit from using PTSC-Online.
   
• • VISION: to be the virtual online community of choice for Canadian emergency management, business continuity and critical infrastructure protection professionals for the purpose of networking, communication and collaboration on emergency management related matters.
