This section provides guidelines for suppliers participation in PTSC-Online.  Please use the suppliers blog article Soliciting Comments From Suppliers to provide comments on and recommendations for improving this section.

• Suppliers participation in the PTSC-Online supplier group space are subject to the PTSC-Online member code of conduct
  
  
• Suppliers must maintain an up to date member profile and make a meaningful contribution to a supplier or other PTSC-Online blog, discussion forum or wiki at a minimum of once per month. 
  
  
• Suppliers are encouraged to participate in the PTSC-Online Active Member recognition program which is currently under development. 

There is currently no cost to participate in PTSC-Online as a supplier.  Our immediate goal is to demonstrate the effectiveness of PTSC-Online as a virtual emergency management community and to illustrate how it can provide benefits to its members.  The long term goal of PTSC-Online is to be a financially sound sustainable community which can continue to provide benefits to Canadian emergency management on an ongoing basis. As PTSC-Online begins to approach the maximum number of members provided for under our current contract,  an annual charge for participating in the supplier section will need to be considered. Two options for supplier participation may be considered (1) which provides membership and access to discussion groups etc. and (2) a listing in the supplier directory which does not provide for commenting on the blogs and discussion groups etc.
