I think that it is a good idea that we are now reviewing current members to see what they wish to share with this community. Thanks to Paula-Marie for taking on this task.

We were able to contract for 100 additional members with the funds that were available from Public Safety Canada so we can have up to 300 members which are paid for until January 2012.  Even though the membership has increased I believe, now that the period during which PSC was providing finsncial support, we need to focus on contacting those members who are not using PTSC-Online and encourage them to keep in contact as PTSC-Online viewers so their memberships can be freed up for those who do want to participate in on line discussion. 

The work Paula Marie did gave us a good start. We need to produce a more current list, develop and follow a procedure to contact our non active members. We need to give some thought to how we can do this in the most personal but also use technology to have an efficient and easy to manage process.
