Canada's Electricity Infrastructure - Building a Case for Investment

The Conference Board of Canada's April 2011 Report analyzes the current state of Canadian electricity infrastructure and examines the investments that might be made between 2010 and 2030 in Canada’s electricity generation, transmission, and distribution industries.

As I read the 54 page report, I am reminded of what Charles Perrow famously called a normal accident; "...the kind of accident one can expect in the normal functioning of a technologically complex operation". (Malcolm Gladwell, 2010)
